• Holds qualified teacher status
• Will be a highly committed, creative and energetic practitioner who is able to make a full contribution to further raising standards of achievement and to the wider life of the school
• Has a secure understanding of the primary curriculum
• Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills
• Is committed to the pastoral care and development of children
