Facilities Transition Specialist, Staffordshire

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Transition Manager to coordinate the changeover between FM service providers within a manufacturing environment. This client-side position will ensure the transition is delivered smoothly, meets contractual obligations, and maintains uninterrupted site operations.

6 Month Contract - 4 days on site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the FM transition process from start to finish
• Oversee mobilisation activities to ensure delivery against agreed plans and timelines
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure accountability throughout the transition
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and service gaps
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and FM providers
• Implement effective governance, reporting, and escalation procedures
• Maintain continuity of manufacturing operations and minimise operational disruption
