Site Manager - Surrey / South West London - Residential, Staines

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a main contractor based London. The Main Contractor primarily builds within residential and commercial sectors within London and the Home Counties with project values ranging between 1 - 5 million in value and projects are a mixture of new build, refurbishment, basement and fit out projects.

The project is a 1.5 million new build development of 14 low rise flats in Surrey / South West London. The project is currently at 2nd fix stage with a completion date of September 2026.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. The candidate needs to be SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position starting ASAP.
