About the Role:

As a Digital Regulatory Automation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in two exciting areas:

• • Data Driven Dossiers (DDD) Program: Collaborate on a strategic initiative aimed at automating submission packages across 120+ countries, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Exploratory Innovation: Engage in cutting-edge projects leveraging AI and automation to transform regulatory workflows, reducing manual tasks and boosting productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Insight Collection: Work closely with regional regulatory teams to gather and validate requirements for automation, identifying pain points and high-value opportunities.
• Requirements Analysis & Rationalisation: Transform regional inputs into structured, actionable requirement sets for scalable automation solutions.
• Constraint & Opportunity Mapping: Identify regulatory and technical constraints while surfacing standardisation opportunities across regions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including Global Regulatory Digital Operations and IT, to design and align automation solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear analyses and updates to support global program governance and decision-making.
• Champion Digital Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven approaches within the regulatory function.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in life sciences, agricultural science, IT, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business analysis and process optimisation, particularly in regulatory environments.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and translate regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong networking and communication skills to build consensus and translate requirements into clear specifications.
• Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to effectively drive IT solution development.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with trends in AI, data governance, and best practices.
