We have an amazing opportunity for a driven Field Sales Representative to join this growing, family-run business, covering the Home Counties/M25 region.£28–32k plus commission, car and benefits. Generate leads, close deals and maximise revenue with a respected industry supplier. Field Sales RepresentativeHome Counties, M25 region Monday to Friday, 8am– 5pm. £28,000 to £32,000 per year + Commission subject to experience Company car/car allowance, Laptop&phone, expenses 20 days holiday, pension after qualifying period Please note: you must be authorised to work in the UK Our client is a family run business supplying signage and ancillary products in the following industries: Facilities Management, MOD, education, local government, health care, construction, transport and general industry.They specialise in the surveying, design, manufacture and installation, line marking, traffic products and safety systems. About the Field Sales Representative role: You will be a driven Field Sales Representative, able to develop effective sales strategies and win new business. You will identify and convert opportunities, building a strong pipeline and consistently achieving targets with support from head officeThis role is central to our client's growth, with responsibility for managing customer relationships, negotiating deals and delivering revenue. You will generate and qualify leads, promote quality products and services, and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.Your responsibilities will include: Lead / enquiry generation for the office team to provide quotation Site visits Cold calling / telesales Visiting existing client base Develope new client base Site meetings / surveys, if required, upon receiving instructions from clients Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationshipsDeliver on KPIs Maintain and update customer records Effectively manage and organise your time to maximise customer contact. Maximising sales and profitability About you You will be a self-motivated, driven and professional sales person. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.Minimum 2 years sales experience with one company– Essential Previous experience of working in a similar industry and position (construction , transport , education , Local Authority, general industry ) – Advantage (signage industry advantagous) Location around the M25 and home counties Familiar with different sales techniques and pipelinemanagementComputer literate (MS Office) Proven sales record, able to demonstrate achievements against target Salary&Benefits£28,000 to £32,000 + commission (Reviewed initially at 6 months and annually thereafter) Company Car/Car allowance Laptop&Mobile Phone Expenses 20 days holiday + bank holidays Pension after qualifying period.
