Technical Manager ( Jobs), Hertfordshire

I am currently working on a requirement for an experienced Technical Manager to lead a new build residential scheme from detailed design stage to handover. The scheme consists of 150 residential apartments constructed in R/C frame. The role will be split between being a site based position in West London and office based in Hertfordshire. The role will be a standalone role reporting into a Senior Technical Manager and candidates will need to be self sufficient and be able to hit the ground running. Candidates must have experience in leading R/C frame projects and must have worked with a developer or main contractor.
