Post-mortem Inspection Assistant, Hemel Hempstead

We are recruiting for a trainee Post-mortem Inspection Assistant(PIA). Here you will be visually inspecting the birds at different stages of the process to ensure they are fit for human consumption and reject any that doesn't meet the stage. To be successful for this role all candidates must have: * Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and reading) * Good work ethic * Responsible * Management skills 1. You will be giving training and that is between 3-6 months (practical) with a training course and also an assessment. 2. Reporting all rejections accurately so that losses are recouped fully. 3. When you are not acting as a PIA then you will be required to assist in other areas of production Shifts between 6:00- end of production (shift start & finish times may vary depending on staffing levels/ holidays etc) Own transport is required.
