Jobs: Key Account and Operations Manager, Hertfordshire

required for our client based in Hertford. The role covers two areas: * To manage the day to day client and account management for one of the key accounts * To manage the service provision given to clients including implementation, support and warehouse personnel Key Account Management: * Day to day account management via email, face-to-face and telephone * Manage communications between client and internal teams * Organise client meetings including agend and personnel * Document and manage client requests effectively * Carry out day to day management of the contract * Manage and refine processes * Provide constructive feedback * Create and manage a weekly report on project activity for management * Manage end of month invoicing and other issues relating to financial operation Operations: * Manage service provision * Refine operations as required * Liaise between the implementation, support, accounts team and production team This is a temporary role leading to a possible permanent postion. Full time, 40 hours per week with an immediate start
