Quantity Surveyor - FM/PFI, Hemel Hempstead

The company An international construction, engineering and FM contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, with experience in FM and PFI contracts, to join their commercial team in the South East. The role You will report into the Lead Commercial Manager and will be responsible for managing and reporting on the commercial performance of existing contracts, ensuring contract financial compliance and that due diligence is carried out on new and proposed contract wins. The person * It is essential that you have experience as a QS within FM and show knowledge and experience of PFI contracts in particular. * You will have achieved a degree in Quantity Surveying, or another relevant field. * Experience of working with NEC and JTC contracts is preferable but not essential.
