Nursing Home Manager Hemel Hempstead £60k - £65k I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager, with an excellent track record of receiving good or outstanding rated CQC inspections and a drive to provide high quality care, to take on a new and exciting role at a purpose built, medium sized Nursing Home within the beautiful county of Hertfordshire. In order to be considered for this Nursing Home Manager role candidates must have had previous experience of managing Nursing Homes of at least fifty beds. While Nursing Home Manager candidates that are nurse qualified would be preferred, this is not essential due to a very strong clinical lead being in place within the home. The successful Nursing Home Manager Candidate would be joining an organisation with an excellent reputation in the business and who pride themselves on the very high quality of each of their Nursing Homes. In return Nursing Home Manager candidates would receive an excellent, competitive package including a yearly bonus based on occupancy, CQC rating and agency usage. Nursing Home Manager Requirements ? Experience managing Nursing Homes of at least 50 beds ? Excellent track record with CQC inspections ? NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management ? Currently or previously registered with CQC ?
