Multi Skilled Plumber, Abbots Langley

Job Title: Plumber Multi Trade Sector: Social housing Rate: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + excellent benefits (this role is a temp to perm and moving permanently after 3 to 6 months depending on your probation period. Hourly rate will be around £19.50 - £20.50 (before perm) Location: Abbots Langley Items provided by the company: Van and Fuel card provided. Skilled Careers are currently working on behalf of a highly reputable leading housing association covering Hertfordshire & North West London. My client is currently looking for a Plumber Multi Trader for a temporary-permanent position to carry out work on occupied & void properties within Abbots Langley and surrounding areas. Duties will include: General Plumbing repairs. Remedial repairs and refurbishments in occupied and voids properties Other general maintenance such as patch plastering, tiling and painting is desired but not essential. Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience working within the social housing sector.
