Due to an increase in orders, we have the pleasure of finding a new skilled team member for our client based in Hertfordshire - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES ? 5 Axis Programming, Setting and Running ? CNC turning, CNC milling, manual drilling, milling, turning. ? Use of EdgeCAM CAM package ? Programming of Fanuc Lathes ? Programming of WinMAX Hurco Mills ? Set and Run Machines Full time shift work PERSON SPECIFICATION ? Knowledge/ Experience ? Good engineering background Team player ? Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings Requirements for this role: ? Experienced in Cad/Cam using the latest Delcam Power mill and Power shape software creating CNC programs to produce the finished product. ? Good experience as a miller, able to working from job cards, CAD data and drawings. You will be using Fanuc controlled machines, however, good programming experience will be considered. ? Able to programme offline, understanding of both Fanuc and Heidenheimer controls is preferable. ?
