The Senior IT Support Engineer / Team Leader Duties: The role involves managing a small IT support team and overseeing the daily support services as well as managing client's expectations. You will report into the Director of the organisation and will assist in decision-making. The client has big plans for the next few years and this role has the potential to develop extremely quickly. We are looking for a driven, passionate individual who is keen to play a key role in a growing business. Due to the nature of this role, it's vital that you are a driver with a clean license and your own car, as occasional travel to (local) client sites will be required. Expenses are paid. Knowledge and Experience Required: Experience of working for a Managed Services Provider (IT Support Company / MSP) Hands-on 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience. Strong technical skills covering all IT infrastructure and Security (Virtualisation, Cloud, Office365, Azure, MS Office, Exchange, Networking etc). Experience in a senior or leadership role (or high capabilities), looking to make a real change within a growing organisation. Relevant, up to date IT certifications are preferred.
