Job: Architect, Hertfordshire

RIBA Architect | Hertford - Salary £40,000-£45,000 Are you a qualified Architect with in-depth knowledge of the residential sector? Do you have to ambition to work in a leading position within a growing architecture practice? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect who has the characteristics to lead a team, whilst effectively delivering a variety of projects, to join a young and thriving business! Ideally, you will be a RIBA Part 3 Architect and have the desire and long-term aim of developing with the business and growing the team. From their well-located office North of London, they are currently working on a range of high-end residential properties and conservation projects. The Ideal Architect will have; * excellent drawing and graphic skills with strong design ability using a variety of software; AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. * a great portfolio of work with a variety of projects at a range of scales. * experienced in producing design reports and presentations * successful track record of achieving planning and delivering projects throughout RIBA stages * friendly and creative attitude * ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and backgrounds, this includes the design team, external consultants and clients * a sound understanding of UK planning and building regulations There is a generous benefits package on offer to the successful Architect which includes a salary of £40,000- 45,000 depending on experience, competitive pension scheme and the opportunity to work on standout projects across the home counties.
