Job: Defects manager - North London, Hertfordshire

Fawkes and Reece have been appointed to find a Site defects manager for a well known client of ours, They in turn employ enthusiastic, energetic staff of the very highest calibre. They then empower these talented individuals to enable them to make key decisions and fully participate in the process of managing and delivering projects. They recognise the importance of career development, the culture in their business is to work hard to continually improve the quality of our people. They are looking for a site defects manager to help finish projects on a defect free basis. The right candidate will have experience in managing snags and defects for a minimum of 3 years. You will need experience in Residential, Commercial, Educational or Healthcare schemes.Projects will range from £1m-£30m.
