Finance Manager, Harpenden

Duties

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee financial accounting processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial management within a similar industry or organisation.
• Strong background in financial accounting, services, and planning.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
