Bartender, St Albans

Full‑time position (40 hours) – £26,436.80 per annum plus service charge.

Shifts are based around the Brasserie’s hours (6:00 AM – 10:30 PM).

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
• Craft and serve high-quality drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑stocked bar at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on beverages.
• Uphold Sopwell House’s standards of luxury and hospitality.
• Work closely with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere.
• Take pride in presentation and attention to detail in every aspect of your role.
• Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Be available for evening and weekend shifts as required.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in hospitality or a luxury setting.
• Strong barista and bartending skills – essential for this role.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident, professional, and personable with great communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
