Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience

As an IT Support Assistant you’ll be:

Using your technical skills to support teams with laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while delivering exceptional customer service and handling day-to-day IT administration. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider business IT projects to develop skills further.

To be successful in your role you’ll have:

Essential

• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Confident communication skills, including engaging with users whose first language may not be English
• Solid knowledge of IT platforms
• Familiarity with Google Workspace applications
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Well-developed planning and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing within the role

Desirable

• Previous experience with Salesforce
