The Piece London and Kirica Fine are seeking a talented and versatile marketing professional to share the story of our pieces with vision and integrity. This role will cover proactive organic content planning for our social media channels, management of our newsletter and product campaigns, and monitoring and placing paid media. The role will also cover working with third parties where appropriate for website optimisation and GEO/SEO.

The exact specification will play to the strengths and growth desires of the successful candidate; we are looking for a passionate member of our team who can grow with us to take on significant responsibility.

This role is intended to be full time, but can be part time or on flexible hours if better suited to the right candidate.

Measures of success

• Website and social/content channels conversion
• Conversion from newsletter marketing
• Efficient placement and spend of paid digital media
• Strategic and well managed social media plan for 2 Instagram channels and 1 TikTok
• Technical website performance
• Informative marketing reporting

Key responsibilities

• Developing marketing content strategy by channel and funnel stage, including paid and organic social media and email
• Scoping organic digital social content in line with content plan
• Placing and optimising on paid digital channels
• Developing and maintaining email marketing flows
• Monitoring and reporting on website performance, including attribution by acquisition channel
• Optimising website conversion and proposing improvements to website
• Developing and implementing website GEO/SEO strategy and content
• Ensuring owned content is optimised for performance in international markets
• Managing external support for new asset development
• Developing new tactics and approaches, including through novel marketing channels, to drive business growth
• Aligning with management on budget and commercial performance targets, and ensuring marketing campaigns are aligned with product launches

Profile

• Very strong digital marketing experience
• Management of content management systems ideally Shopify, Klaviyo
• PPC, GEO/SEO & paid social experience, hands on management ideally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with external partners and team members effectively
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Ability to travel as required
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and self motivated

Key skills, qualities, and experience

Required

• At least 3 years’ experience in a fast paced and innovative small business - does not have to be within the jewellery industry
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Excellent copywriting skills
• An eye for design and photography
• Strong diligence and attention to detail
• Able to commute to Blackheath for in-person working at least 3 days per week, with flexibility on other working days

Desirable

• Experience in graphic design on any platform
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Experience in antique & vintage or fine jewellery

Salary: £40k+, depending on experience
