Description

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and social media obsessed assistant or executive to manage the day-to-day social posting, content creation strategy and organic growth of our channels. Reporting to the head of Brand and Marketing. This new opportunity for our growing London-based team and the ideal candidate will need to have a passion for content creation, with a visual eye and be a social media addict with strong writing skills, photo and (social) video-editing skills.

This candidate will also need to support across email marketing, e-commerce and digital marketing.

The Position – Social Media

  • Owning the day to day running of the social calendar and scheduling on the Jilla social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Building Brand awareness & increasing following.
  • Maintain and hone the Jilla tone of voice, ensuring all posts are aligned with the brand.
  • Cultivate and grow our social community with engaging social content and strong community management skills.
  • Building and shaping our organic TikTok strategy and working closely with external agency on affiliate marketing and ad strategy.
  • Report on social engagement and traffic analytics on a daily, weekly and monthly level. Stay on top of social trends, providing feedback to the wider team on new innovations.
  • Outreach to influencer's and talent for social takeovers, and partnerships.
  • Support with brand launches, shoots, commercial projects and paid partnerships.

The Position – Ecommerce

Product Management: Manage product uploads and updates, copywriting for descriptions, SEO for images and text, correct pricing, and stock levels.

Handle product listings across Shopify, TikTok, Meta, and dropship platforms, ensuring syncing and inventory accuracy.

Merchandising: Set up collections, manage product pages, recommend complementary products, and merchandise product recommendations to enhance sales and improve customer journey.

Update and optimize product copy, images, and metafields based on different platform requirements (Tiktok, Meta, Dropship) (detailed training will be available)

Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate stock updates based on product launches and shipments, monitor stock levels across platforms.

Promotions & Discounts: Plan and launch seasonal promotions, sales, and discounts.

Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance the end-to-end customer experience, site and checkout improvements, liaise with logistics and customer service assistant.

The Person

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience working in a social media role within the fashion industry
  • A strong mix of creativity and strategic thinking
  • A natural team player who thrives in a startup environment
  • Confident and skilled behind the camera
  • Able to plan and execute multiple campaigns at once
  • Experience growing and scaling engaged followings
  • Strong community management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with our PR agency to drive growth
  • Willingness to support Brand and Design Directors with graphics and creative tasks Someone proactive, adaptable and ready to roll up their sleeves
  • This is a hands-on role in a growing startup — the right person will play a key part in shaping our voice, building our community and driving real impact.Salary dependent on experience level.
  • Strong video editing skills and content creation for all platforms.
  • Strong concept creator & storyteller with the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Knowledge of the latest algorithms and industry standards.
  • Teamwork-focused approach.
  • Good time management skills, well organised and can prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • A passion and knowledge of influencers and content creators.
  • Finger on the pulse - they always know the latest fashion launches, TikTok trends and influencer collaborations.
  • A positive can-do attitude & ability to think outside the box.
  • A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
