Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing and growing our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, producing engaging content, and overseeing collaborations with influencers and creators. You will work closely with our creative, post-production, and advertising teams to deliver impactful social media campaigns.

This is an in-person role based at our Canary Wharf headquarters and includes international travel to manage social media campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content
• Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, reels, and campaign content
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators for brand campaigns
• Travel internationally and within the UK to manage social media campaigns, capture content, and oversee influencer activations
• Collaborate with creative, post-production, and paid advertising teams to develop and optimise campaign ideas
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Analyse performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and quality across all social channels
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for brands or businesses
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, trends, and audience engagement
• Experience working with influencers and managing creator relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
• Confident coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for work
• Experience collaborating with creative, advertising, or marketing teams (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• £22,000–£26,000 annual salary (dependent on experience)
