The role will focus on prime offices, life sciences, industrial and more. You will work in partnership with the in-house development team, optimising value across a range of assets.A key feature of this role is also the ability to win business and generate new income opportunities for the asset management function.This is a business I have partnered with for a number of years and placed a number of individuals within. It’s forward-thinking and entrepreneurial environment, ideal for a like-minded candidate.The key duties will involve:Value add asset management include refurbishments, lease regears, negotiations, repositioning, and moreOriginating new business and fee opportunities across the Asset Management space.Communicating business plans to the investment committeeWorking with the Analyst to appraise the performance of assets throughout the value add processPlacemaking and leasing across a range of asset typesPartnering closely with the development teamImplementing ESG strategies across the portfolioThesuccessful candidate will possess:Established Asset Management experience in at least one of their target sectors (offices, life-science, industrial)Very well connected, able to pursue and win new businessLikely MRICSForward-thinking, analyticalSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherLondon, England, United Kingdom#J-18808-Ljbffr
