OverviewJob title: Projects Director– CAT A&B Fit-OutsLocation: Central LondonResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of multiple CAT A&B fit-out schemes across London, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with the highest quality standards.Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and Commercial Managers etc.Serve as the key client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Oversee all project phases– from pre-construction through to handover.Provide strategic leadership, programme oversight, risk management, and commercial awareness across the portfolio.Drive health&safety, sustainability, and innovation in delivery.RequirementsProven experience delivering high-value CAT A&B commercial fit-outs in central London.Strong leadership background at Projects Director or Senior Project Manager level with a Tier 1 or reputable specialist contractor.Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects of£10m+ value.Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills and technical knowledge.Strong understanding of London market, supply chain, and regulations.PackageBasic salary of up to £150,000 per annumPerformance-related bonusExecutive package including car allowance, private healthcare, pension, and moreClear progression to board-level leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
