Network Engineers, Scotland

We are recruiting for a number of Chaperone engineers to assist Lead Engineers with 2 types of installation works in and around Scotland Cell Site Chaperone: You will be deployed on UK Mobile Cell sites to assist a Lead engineer who will climbing towers and work at height. The Chaperone will assist in general labouring duties and will be responsible for implementing the rescue plan for the Lead Engineer if required. Or You will be working on multiple sites during the day supporting the Lead Installation & Commissioning Engineers with general labouring, in particular lifting the ADVA 9HU shelves into racks and labelling up in line with the specification. You will be working as your own Ltd Company and will provide your own transport, specialist tower rescue kit will be provided by the client. The work is paid on a day rate basis (to be agreed) and at present is circa 10-15 days per month with an expectation for that to grow. There are mandatory accreditations and certifications required which you will ideally hold, although for the right candidates we can arrange training to ensure you hold all the required tickets for the work: 1. Arqiva Certified 2. Radio Frequency Awareness 3. First Aid @ Heights 4. Rooftop Access 5. Fixed Ladder Rescue and Lifting Techniques 6. Advance climber & Advanced Rescue
