Reagent Manufacturing Shift Scientist, Stirling

We are supporting an IVD Medical Device client based in Central Scotland who are experiencing rapid and continued growth to recruit for manufacturing scientists for their Reagents Manufacturing division. This individual will be responsible for ensuring delivery of consistently high-quality reagents into production through routine manufacture and testing and supporting the validation and development of new processes. As well as this they will have people management and development responsibilities of technicians. Do you have demonstrated experience of working in a GLP manufacturing environment without supervision, and the ability to create and follow complex protocols and accurately complete batch records? Can you demonstrate knowledge of GMP standards, including non-conformances and validation protocols? Are you experienced and knowledgeable about in-process testing such as electrochemical, fluorescent and particle analysis methods (e.g. Flow Cytometry, Dynamic Light Scattering)? It is highly desirable you have commercial diagnostic assay experience, have a lean mindset (six sigma) and experience in statistical analysis.
