Nights | Elderly Nursing Home | Great Benefits | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered A large elderly and dementia nursing home in the Stirling area currently has a vacancy for an RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to join their clinical team working night shifts. The home is owned and operated by one of the UK?s largest care groups and offers a friendly working environment. What the home is offering and details of this Night Nurse position: * A permanent contract to work 33 or 44 hours per week on flexible night shifts covering a 7 day rota * Competitive pay rates of £16 per hour, which equates to a salary of up to £36,600 for a 44 hour contract and is in line with NHS Band 5 rates of pay * Some fantastic retail, leisure and lifestyle discounts * A range of opportunities for training and development plus support with revalidation * NMC renewal fees paid * Free uniforms and PVG fee paid As Night Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications, in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care. What we are looking for in a Nurse: * NMC Registered Nurse ? Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD * Ideally experienced un an elderly and dementia care environment * Good communication and interpersonal skills * A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care * Excellent organisation, administrative and written skills If you are interested and would like to apply, please follow the link provided.
