The Recruitment Crowd have a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Counter Supervisor, working for a leading retailer based in Manchester. If you have experience running a busy customer facing counter, then we would be keen to hear from you! The Role: The successful candidate will be leading a busy trade counter, supervising staff, driving, and monitoring sales activity. Key Responsibility: * Driving team culture, promoting best working practices and excellent customer delivery * Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement * Conducting daily team meetings, highlighting priorities, and setting tasks for the day * Reviewing processes and procedures, and implementing/improving where applicable * Ensuring continued training and development of staff, carrying out appraisals, investigations and performance management where required * Drive and increase sales by improving and implementing new strategies * Overseeing the returns and collections area * Promoting products to increase and drive sales * Daily reporting on sales figures and payments What Will You Need? * Ability to display strong leadership * A passion and excellence for customer service * Effective problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong multi-tasking skills * Previous experience in a similar role * Previous supervising experience * Ability to demonstrate knowledge of upselling and adding value This is a great opportunity, working for a business that values flexible working and work life balance.
