This is a genuine opportunity to step into a progressive environment where technology, support, and structured development are used to enhance both performance and work-life balance.You will manage your own mixed caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions, with the complexity and volume aligned to your experience level. Full training and a structured induction programme will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
