The 55 bedded home provides short term residential, respite and dementia care, with their own early on-set dementia unit. With your natural leadership qualities, you will manage all aspects in the day-to-day running of the home and supervise the delivery of quality personalised care where everyone is treated with dignity and that individual's rights to privacy, independence and choice are met. You will achieve and maintain good' or outstanding' CQC ratings and ensure all legal requirements are met.
