Working across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas can be so diversified. Academics work with many different types of primary schools and therefore get a range of requirements to suit. As a HLTA you will have proven experience in a similar type role and hold the relevant HLTA qualifications. You will have the ability to be able to support teachers and have the ability to use your own initiative when needed and be able to develop strong relationships with children and mange behaviour effectively when called upon.
