About You: QTS required with Secondary Science specialism (KS3 and KS4) Affinity for children with SEMH needs Ability to plan, teach, and assess to GCSE standard Committed to raising the aspirations of children with mental health requirements in an SEMH school An effective communicator, with children, parents, and colleagues A team player, able to work collaboratively Pastoral capabilities, including contributing to EHCPs Adaptable and proactive; you must be able to react to the events the day could throw at you!
