This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join an established team. The successful Unit Manager will have the following responsibilities: Conform with the latest guidelines, ensuring that through clinical governance and leadership the care, health and safety of all residents is effectively assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated Care plan development and assessments  Lead successful teams to create a person centred environment  Ensuring junior care staff are directed and supported to deliver high quality personal care to Residents at all times  More about you Valid RGN registration Experience of working in a nursing home as a Unit Manager / Clinical Lead / Team Leader or Senior Nurse  Great communication skills - verbal and written  Good IT skills  In return you will be offered a competitive salary, company pension and many more.
