Medical Receptionist, Stoke-on-Trent

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Medical Receptionist to join our team working 31.5 hours per week. The post will be based at Moorcroft Medical Centre and Moss Green Surgery.

Responding to the needs of our expanding group of Integrated practices, successful applicants will also be required to support our teams at Keele Practice and Holmcroft Surgery in Stafford. Therefore the ability to drive and be adaptable to the demands of the service is a must.

Band 2, £24,465 per annum based on wte (Pro rata'd for part time posts).

• Provide efficient, reliable, and courteous reception service to patients, clinical staff, attached and external agencies.
• Provide administrative support to the practice to facilitate effective function in accordance with practice policy on confidentiality.
• Work within the processes and protocols to ensure compliance with CQC and clinical and information governance requirements.
• Maintain excellent team working skills to deliver a quality and efficient service to patients and wider stakeholders.
