Night Care Assistant - Bank, Stourbridge

Casual, part‑time care assistant position with flexible hours. You will help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support, ensuring they receive personalized attention and independence.

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents in daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure quality care. Duties include assisting with food and drink, following care plans, offering one‑to‑one time, and other tasks such as supporting residents’ personal care and mobility. You will provide compassionate support, promote independence, and contribute to a warm, friendly environment.

• Experience caring for older people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude, empathy and warm‑hearted approach.
