Receptionist, Hotel Du Vin – £13.05 per hour, permanent, 40 hours a week, Stratford.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist to join Hotel Du Vin. You will be the face of our hotel, enjoy a range of perks and benefits, learn new skills and build a long‑term career.

As receptionist, you will greet guests, handle enquiries, and ensure a high‑quality experience throughout their stay. You set the tone for the visit and make sure everything is above and beyond before guests leave.

You must have a natural hospitality charm, a passion for service, and high standards. You love people and enjoy making guests smile by delivering excellent service.

We offer internal development and progression, with the possibility of moving into a supervisory role. Apprenticeship scheme is available after completion of your probationary period.
