What you will do:

• Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing structured one-to-one support as well as facilitating engaging group programmes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk and safeguarding evaluations, to devise appropriate support plans.
• Form strong partnerships with external agencies to support integrated care and seamless service delivery.
