Commercial Surveyor/Registered Valuer Covering:- The Midlands/Cotswolds, Leicestershire, Derbyshire,Nottinghamshire Office Hours - (Monday Friday) Salary£45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus scheme Our experienced teams offer comprehensive expertise in all aspects of land and property management. These include commercial and residential property management, residential sales and lettings, new homes, client accounting, block management, and compulsory purchase.Key responsibilities Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards. Delivery of landlord and tenant advice to clients Ensuring compliance with industry regulations Regular communication with commercial property management teams Experience&Key Attributes RICS, Registered Valuer Demonstrable experience valuing a range of property types, including industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, office properties and HMOs Proven experience delivering landlord and tenant advice Strong report writing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailSolid understanding of the local property market across the Midlands region Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues and recognises the contribution of others Confident and self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeedExcellent written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable, with a positive and proactive approach TPBN1_UKTJ
