• A Level 2 Diploma in Early Years or above
• Safeguarding knowledge
• A passion for early years education
• 6 months or more of experience supporting children within an early years setting

• Excellent rates of pay (Up to £15 per hour dependent on experience and inclusive of holiday pay)
• Free online education and training such as annual safeguarding and prevent duty
