Their focus on quality, community, and hospitality has helped them build a strong reputation, and they are looking for a Sous Chef who shares their passion for excellence and locally sourced, seasonal cooking.The Role We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy, fresh-food kitchen. You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, driving consistency, and contributing to menu development using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing, reputable establishment.
