The Role Make outbound calls to prospective clients Use effective questioning to establish a need for services Precisely communicate the best energy solutions to the client Build rapport immediately to establish relationship with wide range of business clients Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPI's Accurately record and update all records in the CRM software Follow up leads in a timely and efficient manner Essential Criteria Inbound or outbound sales experience (12 months) Ability to communicate effectively at all levels A passion for sales Proven track record of thriving in a target-driven environment Effective negotiation skills Lead Generator, County Durham Attractive base salary with incredible uncapped commission
