15 hours per week, Term Time Only (Start June 2026)

Location: Whitburn Church of England Academy

Salary: NJC SCP 12 – Actual Salary £10,251 p.a.

• Provide first‑class front‑of‑house support in a busy school environment
• Handle all incoming enquiries in person, by telephone and by email
• Offer administrative and clerical support to the main office team

• Team worker committed to delivering an outstanding education for students
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office software packages
• Experience in a customer‑service role
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and flexible working skills
• Experience working in an educational environment highly desirable
