Assistwithpreventativemaintenanceandroutinepropertychecks.Supportroomturnaroundsduringcheck-outandcheck-inperiods. Maintaincommunalareasensuringtheyremainsafe,cleanandfullyoperational. Conductbasicinspectionsofequipmentandbuildingsystems. Assistexternalcontractorswhenrequiredandensureworksarecompletedsafely. Logandupdatemaintenancerequeststhroughthepropertymanagementsystem.Supportemergencyresponsesincludingfirealarmactivations,waterleaksorurgentbuildingissues.
