Call Handler, Swansea

We have a number of exciting opportunities within the Welsh Ambulance Services as a Call Handler starting on Monday 14 September 2020. These positions will be based within the Welsh Ambulance Service in Llansamlet, a Call Handler is a vital role as the first point of contact for the general public, amongst many other relevant callers. We are looking for dedicated reliable and hardworking individuals, previous call centre or customer service experience is essential. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full training will be provided. This is a temporary, position full time position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, offering an hourly rate of £9.55 per hour.
