Insurance Sales Advisor, Swansea

Our client, an established and growing Financial Service company with offices in Swansea, are looking to recruit an experienced and driven Insurance Sales Advisor to work within their busy insurance division. The right candidate will have an excellent experience in Sales and ideally have experience within insurance / insurance sales and be able to deliver a first-class service to customers and clients. You will be following up on warm leads, you will use your specialist product knowledge to maximise each customer enquiry and to ensure you match the customers' needs with available packages. Key Responsibilities: Deliver agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth Assess client's needs and quickly and effectively deliver solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements Ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service Build effective relationships, ensure clients receive the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products Identify and respond to all up-sell and cross-sell opportunities Take responsibility for own personal development in terms of understanding the business, regulation and the industry Continually act in accordance with current regulatory procedures, keeping up to date with any changes and sharing this knowledge and best practice across the wider teamKey Attributes: Exceptional drive and motivation to hit targets and develop new and existing clients Ability to accurately identify own performance levels and proactively implement strategies First class sales and customer service skills Persuasive communicator with the ability to listen to and assess client's needs and translate into business opportunities Flexible, adaptable and the ability to work well under pressure, maintaining standards and professional image Take accountability for your own performance and initiate improvements when required Ability to work quickly and to multi-task under pressureThe company offer a very competitive basic salary (up to £26,000) plus generous OTE (additional £1200 per week potential).
