As a talented, passionate & motivated Sales Controller working alongside the sales team in a busy dealership you will: Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales operation of the dealership, while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsible for maximising profitability per unit, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries. Help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans and authorising part exchanges Advising customers of finance and additional products and services, Monitoring payments, managing finance agreements and working to and exceeding sales targets You will be currently working as a Sales Controller Transaction Manager or a Senior Sales Executive with New and Used car or LCV sales experience, with a flair for Finance & Insurance and the ability to monitor and manage the sales team. You must have passion to discover and fulfil the customer's needs while selling the correct products to them.
