Acting as a work-finding service, we provide cover to a range of Nurseries and Pre-Schools in the area. Having a background in Nursery/Childcare is highly desirable, however at Prospero Teaching we work with both newly qualified and experienced individuals by helping you find your next position. Depending on performance, the nursery would likely book the successful candidate on multiple occasions, or they might look at offering a long-term contract or a permanent position. The position is open to candidates who hold a Level 3 Childcare related qualification and have previous experience working with young children. Teaching Assistant Contract/Position Details Location - Swindon Position - Nursery Nurse Likely Duration - ongoing Minimum pay - £10 Per Hour Temporary/Contract Teaching Assistant Experience, Training and Qualifications Must be qualified* Any experience in a nursery setting or as an au pair either in a permanent or temporary role is desired but not essential. Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months. Strong Behaviour Management skills are necessary.To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
