Customer Insurance advisor, Swindon

Due to expansion, a leading Insurance Broker is looking to strengthen the team through the appointment of several telephone Insurance advisors. These are phone- based roles and will appeal to target driven individuals who have previous experience of working in the financial services industry. You will be working in an environment surrounded by a team of professionals who are passionate about providing great customer service and providing the right insurance products. Full initial training and ongoing support is available along with future career progression and development. The role will involve listening to and guiding customers through a maze of insurance products to provide quotes and subsequently arranging cover for them. You will be someone with great attention to detail as you must be highly proficient in ensuring that customers understand the terms and conditions fully before cover arranging cover. In addition, you will have a professional manner, with great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively. To be considered, you must have experience of working within an FCA governed environment, along with strong GCSE results to include Maths and English. Cii qualifications will be advantageous.
