An opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisor to join a well established independent mortgage broker in the Swindon area. You will support your clients by finding and applying for the right mortgages to suit their personal circumatances and ensure that clients are fully informed as to what the market is offering.  All work is carried out with the clients best interests at heart and you will enjoy finding the best mortgages and supporting your client through the whole process. To carry out the service, your day to date routine will involve dealing with estate agents, valuers and mortgage lenders and ensuring that you are ahead of the game in terms of the current market and law. By working for this independent Mortgate Broker you will have access to over 122 lenders  As an experienced Mortgage Advisor you will be an embassador for adhering to the strict rules and guidelines from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and take pride in sharing the correct financial advice and your experience with your client base Your hours of work will be 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. The benefits will include: A basic salary between 25K and 30K Uncapped commission structure and expected earnings between 40 and 60K plus pension and holiday. This position is open now
