Location
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining a strong pipeline, and ensuring excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Forecast sales activity and contribute to annual sales planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Deliver and support sales initiatives and field sales action plans
- Maintain accurate reporting of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions through CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Provide weekly updates on sales activity and pipeline progress
- Prepare and contribute to monthly sales meetings and reporting
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and professional development activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales Management role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
