Business Development Manager - National Role

Midlands / North preferred | Field-based | 30,000 - 40,000 + Company Car + Bonus

I'm currently supporting a growing international business within the commercial workplace products/services sector as they look to hire a Business Development Manager to help drive UK growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-led sales and building momentum within a developing market.

The role will focus on:

• New business development
• Building pipeline and driving sales activity
• Managing and growing merchant/vendor relationships
• Developing direct sales channels
• Winning and expanding national accounts
• Developing and growing existing accounts

The business is far more focused on attitude and approach than having a perfectly aligned background.

They are looking for someone who is:

• Commercially minded
• Proactive and driven
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong at building relationships and opening doors
• Hungry to grow something long-term

Backgrounds from merchants, building products, workplace services, FM, electrical/plumbing wholesale or similar environments could align particularly well.

The business is looking to move quickly with interviews taking place over the coming weeks.
